take a dxdiag and post it here. Let's see what you got first: Go to start>run Type dxdiag in the run box and click on ok Once the directX Diagnostics box opens, towards the bottom it will give you an option to 'save all information' - save the text file to somewhere like your desktop. Open the text file and copy it into a reply to this thread so we can see what you are working with.
