I don't see a repair option

So my computer has been rebooting itself lately, and my WoW has been crashing and now I keep getting this bubble saying "The file or directory C:Documents and SettingsAll Users is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the Chkdsk utility" I tried running Spybot S&D but that's corrupt aswell Any ideas?

So today started off pretty shitty, it was raining all day. Then the sun came out towards 3rd block and we went outside to run the track at school and out of nowhere the wind picked up like craaaaaazy! I get out of school and its sprinkling a little, my dad calls and tells me that the gas station overhead fell from the wind, so I went by it to check it out, it was pretty hilarious. Then..a little bit down the road from the house a piece of SHEET METAL FLIES out of no where in front of me, almost killed me...it was like that movie Twister so I had to put the truck in neutral...get out and move the huge piece of sheet metal out of the road by myself. I eventually make it home, when it starts pouring..and I mean pouring...then it stopped raining after about 10 minutes...The sun comes out and you can see a beautiful rainbow in the sky. Next thing I know, the sky is dark as night again and it starts hailing! for about 5 minutes, then it stopped and the sun came out again. I'm expecting a Tornado to come on sometime tonight lol Just thought I would share with you guys
