Thats just silly, since where i live we have to except all money, rolled or not rolled. Its money, so by law it has to be accepted. The only people who do not accept loose change is the bank they say it has to be rolled (which is stupid since they UNROLL IT and count it themselves to make sure its the right amount. Its not hard to count change, I do it all the time. Maybe its just a lazy american thing =P p.s i got a puppy =)

Okay put them away in jail forever to think abut what they did except they dont care about what they did because if they had that kind of thought they wouldnt have done it in the first place. Leaving them in jail doesnt make them think about shit ...forexample. Some brutal murderers are acutally famous for the crimes they have made, they have movies madea bout them and books written about them, you think they are in jail sitting on their bed (which we actually pay for them to be sitting on) thinking...oh man i shouldnt have done that..FUCK no they're not....They should just be cut short of their life, save the world of their existance and saving everyone else money that is paid for their waste of space to be sitting in the cell. Maybe if we were a little more extreme with criminals for example murderers well then future criminals will actually be fearful to create such a crime because there is a serious consequence. But as it goes now. What do they really have to fear ? being in a cell, getting all their meals...(worse they have to deal with, is people kicking their ass ...PFFT whatever. thats nothing.) Spearhead (only when i am bored and want to start shit, sometimes i play in free for all server?) 4.)
