  1. So where would the best place to buy this be? I can't seem to find the game anywhere except for downloading it from gamestop for $30, but that seems pretty pricey since they've released three games since then... Hell they're selling WaW for that much too

  2. I have a Kingston DT310 256gb flash drive, however for some reason it starts writing to it at around 90mbps, then goes to a crashing halt to around 756kbps, then goes to 3.0mbps-512kbs for awhile before it completely stalls out again...

It works fine on my laptop doing around 10mbps (for the most part) but not on the windows 7 computer... I've looked the internet for a few days and havent been able to find anything related to windows 7, its all about vista and xp...

  3. Sooo, only took me a few years but finally got a computer! stock emachines blow for gaming...

CPU: AMD Phenom X4 9650 (quad core 2.4ghz)

    Ram: Centon 2048MB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz x2

Memory: Hitachi 1TB Serial ATA HD 7200/32MB

    Mobo: Biostar MCP6PB M2+ GeForce 6150 Socket AM2+ MB

Video Card : MSI GeForce GTS 450 (Fermi) 1GB OC Edition

PSU: 750 Diablotek something or other... had to replace the 450 watt that came with it...

OS: Windows 7 64bit Home edition

Has a system rating of 5.9 due to the shitty hdd, but everything else is 7.2+/7.9

Planning on a new computer, I built this one for my dad as a multimedia station. Im pleasantly surprised by how amazing of a system this is for only around $900... Bluray player/writer next couple weeks! looks amazing on our 55" samsung LCD. Im just happy I can play video games on the computer!

  4. So far the only thing that I can come up with from everything I've been looking into is a more powerful psu. My dad ordered a new one so hopefully everything works fine when it gets here. Ill let you guys know if its working or not

  5. I've tried all related drivers, and the only time that error shows up is during times where it uses a lot of the gpu to do something with good graphics.

I've also reloaded the bios twice, and reset the cmos, and tweaked bios, and it still only happens throught the 9400... I guess it could be a faulty card

  6. Wow I just typed a nice long paragraph and it didnt post or save...

Pulled GPU out, computer is fine. I have been told that 450 isnt enough to run the graphics card along with the quad core, and that if I plan on doing anything else, that I should invest in at least a 650w. A guy who has practically the same setup, had to switch out his 450w psu in order to allow his GPU to run without causing a BIOS crash. I'm estimating that we should probably get a 650+w PSU in order to run this machine. (also we'll be adding 2gb more ram, another hdd, and possibly a blueray player, along with HD audio card, and for some reason my dad wants to buy a better ethernet card.)

Still, for $300 this barebones is amazing haha.

  7. WIndwows 7 with 2 gig 6400 , 64 bit. We had it running well before the graphics card was put in, but after that it ran for 4 hours then crashed, same error as before and after I did a bios update for windows seven

  8. Ok so I built my dad a computer, and it keeps coming up with a bios error, and I believe it is related to the graphics card... the main reason I believe that is because the system rating says the card is at 3.3 when it should be at 4.9... Would that be caused by a too low of a PSU? I have all the correct drivers, but I'm not 100% what is causing it, nothing is out on it.

  9. I might be playing with you guys again! I'm still here don't call me afk haha. But I'm building my dad a computer and it should be good enough to play games... my only question is what os would you suggest? Windows 7 very compatible with games?
