    Includes all the changes up to patch 1.5

    Activision and Infinity Ward have issued a new patch for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, updating to v1.6 this popular first person sequel (thanks: nVidia).

    This patch includes four new maps (Creek, Chinatown, Broadcast, and Killhouse), hardcore and oldschool server browser filters, as well as a fix for a Denial of Service attack. The PC demo can be found here. In related news, Activision also announced that more than 10 million copies of the game have been sold worldwide, with the Xbox 360 version dominating the sales figures.

    * 1.7 Patch

    * Fixed an exploit that allowed players to access certain console dvars during multiplayer matches.
    * Fixed a crash that could occur when a Chinatown Sabotage match would go into over time.
    * Fixed a bug where the MP icons (Bomb, Defend, Capture, etc) were always showing up as English regardless of the install language.

    Name: NDE|hidden!?, hidden!?, I tried to join the server as Stormy, and it said i was banned, which is why the name in ban list is stormy.
    Why you think the ban is unjustified: It says "suspected of hacking", I don't hack, never have, never will. Look it up if you want. I have been playing the last few days, and noticed a lot people accusing me, and members spectating. So i dont know why i would be banned for suspected hack unless there was proof i was actually hacking. I wasn't doing anything insane, just playing how i normally play.

    Last night my clan mate ( NDE|Hidden) was playing in your server. He mentioned on ts that he was being accused of cheating in the 7th Cav server. I came in there to see what was happening. This happened twice in about an hour and a half. I seen a couple things that were typed in the game chat by 7th Cav members and public guests so I asked on voice chat, "Just out of curiosity, how old are you people?" I was told by a few people the age of 30 and above. At the beginning of the next round I heard one of the 7th Cav members on voice chat mention about taking a demo of Hidden so I said to him, "I am recording Hidden right now and I'm going to post it on your forums". He asked me why and I responded, "He is being accused of cheating so I am recording him to show he is not".

    Hidden is 19 years old and is a very good player. I might add at his age he has the advantage of faster reflexes than those of us who are 30 years of age and older.

    I hope this demo clears this issue up and the accusations stop. Demo of NDE|Hidden

    This will be looked into. However, keep in mind your clan has harbored hackers before as I got one booted from TCC for his hacking. This doesn't help your cause.

    Thank you for letting us know about him. If I had a medal I would pin it on you. At the time we did not have proper access to check out players. We do now.

    Every clan has dealt with a cheater. It does not mean the entire clan cheats.

    We had 1 member who was caught and removed from tcc Feb 02, 2011.

    You should watch what you say, your clan has had hackers as well. I will not accuse your entire clan by a few bad apples that you allowed to wear your tags.

    Tells me that even if we made a mistake ( which does happen and which is why we have the Generals review the bans that are appealed, ) you are not the kind of people we want in our servers.

    Thus, I wont bother doing the work to adjudicate the appeal. Playing is our servers is a gift, we pay for them, not a right. Have fun on your own.

    As I was posting (in another section of the 7 Cav forums) Hidden told me what happened. So, I went to the section where he posted and I added the PS part at the bottom of my post.

    I did not show a poor attitude. I merely asked a question and stated my opinion of how the situation was handled by YOUR clan.

    There was no mistake made on the 7 Cav part in this ban as Hidden was being accused in the 7 Cav server of cheating the night before by YOUR members and guests.

    7 Cav reason for banning him was:

    161715 Stormy Ban Monday, 13/02/2012 (19:04) permanent suspect off wallhack.Bulldog

    Before you ban someone for suspicion maybe check that player through anti cheat programs first. Just saying.

    Why does something someone else said affect my ban decision? Its me who is asking to get unbanned.

    I thought of 7cav as a professional clan, as its made out to be. I would think they would at least review the player who got banned, and not act based on others responses.

    Hopefully you can rethink your decision.

    I have asked for the MP department to provide their documentation so that I may review what the captured.

    I will not review the video log provided by your clan mate.

    I may or may not review the material once it is provided by the MP Department. If I choose not to do so, talk to your clan mate. Unfortunatley while we do handle appeals on a case by case basis, I am also a person, and I will not waste my time on folks who do not appreciate the time I spend reviewing this type of thing and trying to ensure we only ban those who warrant it. If your clan wants to flap their gums and cut up on the forums, that's fine.

    But it's their clan mates who will pay the price, not mine. We tell our members to behave when they go to other clans forums for just that reason.

    If I decide not to overturn my previous decision and I don't review the logs once I receive them from the MP department... talk with your clan mate. You join a clan, you win together, you loose together... that's the joy of a clan. If you were a solo player and some unaffiliated person came and ran their gums, it would have no bearing...

    Before you start calling someone a moron you gotta look at all the evidence.

    Like I said to you on xfire, I was going by the information in your post. There was no demos mentioned.

    Videos that show either ghosting or hacking in them. He owned up to ghosting on SCS forums and thats also against our rules as well on SCS server so until you watch those videos then you can start to call people morons.

    Ghosting (which he admitted to) is not hacking. If your not 100% sure (with physical proof to back it up) then you shouldn't be saying it in public like that.

    He was talking about teamspeak bans not in game bans.

    Dexter doesn't play like a hacker, his K/D is very bad on the server so if he does then they suck which he doesn't.

    As far as I read in your post, the screen shot you posted was good enough to call out Dark Angel but not good enough to call out your own member?

    Some gamers are so paranoid, that they call everyone who kills them a cheater. We have had our clan called a bunch of cheaters because we have a few really good players.

    If the demos are submitted into PBB and PBB decides to ban him for it then that's fine. Till then I will not call him a cheater based on a screen shot that is meaningless.

    I have read the most ridiculous post ever. I laugh in the faces of morons who believe this crap. I can hear them now oh oh oh we caught a cheater. Idiots, all of them.

    Before people start posting stupid shit they need to first understand what it is they're looking at. DSL internet changes your ip more often than you piss each day. It's called a DYNAMIC IP, which means anyone who has the same internet company as you can get the same IP as you at anytime. So, if a cheater used an IP and you get that IP at any time it becomes linked to you.

    Educate yourself before you go falsely accusing anyone of cheating. Idiots like you are the reason why players reputations are destroyed.

    In Dark Angel's defense those linked guid's are not him. His guid is clean. You all have wrongly accused him of cheating.

    I believe there should be a public apology forthcoming to Dark Angel from all of you.

    Sabret wouldn't know a cheater if one fell on top of her! She is constantly accusing people of cheating. Even when she posts demos on PBB they get put in clean demos forums.

    I'm issuing this 9th Legion Ban on =ES= Darkangel reason for this is because he has 3 PBBan bans on his file. He has also been banned from SCS under the name =ES= Bulldozer and =ES=RoyalB for cheating. Words by SCS_Sabret.


    He has 170 linked GUIDs to his name and 209 IPs, out of those 170 guids I found 3 red ones, which mean he was caught by PBbans Here are the 3 GUIDs

    Now The 9th Legion Server is a hacker/cheater free server and the clan is also
    hacker/cheater free. Every player gets checked when they play on the server, doesn't matter when or if your suspected but its to keep the server clean. Getting a new GUID might make people think that your safe but your not, because its always there.

    I'm sorry =ES= but Darkangel will not be able to play on our server again. Thanks to our B3 attachment, every time someone connects to the server, it runs their IPs and GUIDs and saves it for later so if they try to get back in, they will get the same result.

    9th|Dexter who has 95 linked GUID's and 95 IP's. Out of those 95 GUID's there is 1 red one, which means he was caught by PBbans.

    Regarding the accusation by XTG towards NDE female members being disrespected by NDE male members.

    This all came about due to the childish outbursts of XTG members over one EX NDE female member leaving and joining XTG.

    Flawless became an NDE member in November 17, 2009. Flawless quit NDE on August 5, 2011 to join XTG.

    During her 21 month ride as an NDE member she became a hard to handle little girl.

    The readers digest version of Flawless is, "she is a drama princess". It became very noticeable that she was an individual that could NOT be trusted. If you told her anything private be rest assured that she told everyone. She repeated clan business. After numerous verbal warnings and typed threads in forums she continued to repeat her lies. Those she told things to were only hearing her version which was made up in a way to get sympathy from those who chose to listen to and believe her. In a nut shell only tell her things you want the entire world through the internet to know.

    As for the remaining 5 female members of NDE, we ROCK. We have been members of NDE for 5 plus years. We are all strong women and will never allow anyone to disrespect us without repercussions (hence this post).

    The NDE male members do NOT disrespect the NDE female members!!
