This command was meant to use on PCs that are shitty... It gives you more FPS because it doesn't draw all the grass and shit... And it's not really a noob command...There's MANY pro players who use this in their FPS configs so they can gain the FPS advantage over others...and it just happens to be nice for scoping out people... It's like saying /cg_fov 80 is cheating because it allows you to see more on the edges...

When this happens to me, all I do is restart my router and/or modem.
